Our Financial Planning Team
Andrew Komarow MSFS, CFP® AIF® - Founder
Andrew founded Tenpath Financial Group in 2017, and brings to his clients more than a decade of
consulting and investment planning knowledge.
Andrew started his business after working as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ for Prudential Advisors. Andrew earned his B.S. in Financial Planning and Technology from Charter Oak State College and his Masters in Financial Services from The American College.
Andrew’s mission is to provide wealth and investment planning for those of all ages and financial experience, from those newly entering the professional world to those planning and living out their retirement. Technology and its intricacy is indicative of the complexities of insurance and financial planning. One of Andrew’s greatest challenges and sense of satisfaction is working with his clients to understand their needs and financial state, building and executing a strategy that is designed with a goal to enable the client to live the type of life they have envisioned for themselves and their family.
People’s financial and insurance needs change as they move through life. We need to build a plan that will facilitate that journey and have the agility to make the changes to accommodate what life throws at us.
In his off time, Andrew enjoys tinkering with electronics, bike riding, and reading science fiction. He lives in the greater Hartford area with his wife, their daughter, and dog Bentley.

supporting families with I/DD and ASD.
Liz found the path to financial planning while attending national disability conferences held in the DC area when she was a live-in care giver and member of L’Arche home. Each conference, parents and siblings had the questions of how to keep lifeline benefits in-tact. At each conference, she met very few people who did not have a family member with a diagnosis. Liz grew up along shoreline Connecticut, where her family still resides.
